Return Policy




Returns can be made If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise manufacturer mistakes, contact us and send relative pictures for checking, once confirmed, we will talk to the seller to accept partial return or provide discounts off your next order or provide reshipping service.

Shipping delays: We hope that all of our valued customers can appreciate and understand that we have no control of the international shipping process after the package has been dispatched from our seller’s warehouse. For delayed orders in which the package was shipped within the normal processing period, we may deal with them on a case-by-case basis, please contact us, and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours. Once our after-sale customer service confirmed the problem, we will offer the relative solutions to your problems. Before our customer receive their order, we have the right to dismiss the claim or return request that submitted by the customer who has not contacted with us firstly.

Return steps: For returned packages, we will notify customers via e-mail once we have received returned packages and directly arrange refund to our customer. Customers can reply us via e-mail to know reshipment or ask for the refund.



1.   Please contact us within 15 days after the package delivered.


2.   We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.


3.   Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.


4.   Please note that all returned items must be in good condition and won’t affect the second sale.


5.   Contact us before you return the package to get the shipping address or other details. We can only issue the refund when we get the package back. We will notify you by e-mail at that time.


6.   Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order.


7.   No exchange or return on promotional items or items on sale.

8. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by 365Bulk Seller
