365Bulk Shipping Information




* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to customs clearance procedures, invalid address or other causes.




Due to COVID-19, shipments to some countries will be largely delayed.




* How we calculate shipping fee; 365Bulk website was programmed to calculate shipping fee automatically, based on shopper shipment location and multi option maybe available (Express, Air Cargo, Sea Freight) this depend on the available courier service that seller have access/partner with, means in some cases, the shipping option maybe one or two.


Note: Our local seller’s who may not be able to define their shipping fee, may define their shipping fee as zero dollar, which means they will contact the buyer to arrange shipment after order is confirm.

* In case you find shipping fee zero, kindly crosscheck the description note, to see if it’s total free or you will be contact for shipment arrangement after order.






  • Express Shipping: Take 4-8 business days to reach the destination countries, note that some product can’t be ship by express, that’s why the express shipping option may not always available for goods that have batteries or contain chemical.
  • Once we confirm your order and payment, the seller will send the good to appropriate courier service (DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, ect). Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with courier tracking number will be sent to you and you can also find these details on your 365Bulk account at “My Order” section.




  • Air Cargo: takes 8 to 15 business days to reach destination countries.
  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with shipping information will be sent to you and you will receive call from the Air Cargo office in your country when you goods arrive.
  • Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time





  • Sea Freight: takes about 30-90 days to some countries.
  • Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.



The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.




What is the processing time?


The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct payment check while seller also conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. The total processing time varies depending on the product. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 4-15 business days for order processing. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. 




24hours after order you cannot cancel the order due to personal reasons, note that if there is anything of concern you write us an email and  we will get back to you within 24 hours.

*For Express Shipping: Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are paid by the customers.





Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
